2. Make It Official
Once you’re ready to reserve your date, we’ll make everything official with a signed contract and retainer.
From there, we’ll send helpful planning details and stay available for questions, timeline suggestions, and photography-related advice as your plans come together.
We also include a few thoughtful touches along the way, but we like to keep some of those as a surprise.
Your engagement session gives us a chance to work together before the wedding day. You’ll get comfortable with our direction, we’ll learn how you naturally interact, and you’ll walk away with images that feel relaxed, connected, and true to you.
By the time the wedding arrives, we’ll feel like familiar faces instead of strangers with cameras.
3. Engagement Session
As the wedding gets closer, we’ll finalize the details that matter most for photography: your timeline, family formal list, meaningful details, important people, locations, and any special considerations.
We’ll help you think through the flow of the day so photography feels organized and intentional without taking over the experience.
4. WEdding day Prep
On the wedding day, you get to be present while we document it with care.
We’ll guide when direction is helpful, step back when real moments are unfolding, and photograph the candid emotions, meaningful details, portraits, family moments, and celebration as the day naturally unfolds.
5. Wedding Day!
Whenever possible, we love sending a few first-look images within 24 hours of your wedding - and sometimes even a photo or two the same night. From there, we may share a larger preview within the next few days, with your full edited online gallery delivered within approximately 6-8 weeks.
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll be able to download, share, print, and preserve your images. We’re also happy to help with albums, wall art, parent gifts, and heirloom pieces whenever you’re ready.

Your wedding photographs are one of the few pieces of the day that only become more meaningful with time. Long after the celebration has passed, your images will hold the people, places, and moments you’ll want to return to again and again.
Collections are tailored to the coverage and additions that best fit your day, with options for elopements, intimate weddings, full wedding celebrations, and photo/video coverage. Payment plans are available. Wedding films may be added to photography coverage or booked on their own for couples who already have a photographer.
